Things I realized today:
- making something after a shitty day makes me feel better
- eating a warm scone is always a good idea
- I can successfully alter a baking recipe.
Week 2: almond and date oat breakfast bars. They are surprisingly tasty.

I decided that my goal for 2013 is to make it the year of the muffin. I don’t always eat a healthy breakfast and I get super bored with oatmeal, so this is the solution. Bake muffins once a week, and stop eating crap for breakfast.
